The beautiful pool area is sheltered by ancient stone walls. The stone terrace backing onto the garden is an ideal spot for sunbathing on the wooden sunloungers. A roofed barbecue area makes this ideal for daytime or evening entertainment.

KITCHEN/DINER

The large, beamed kitchen is fitted with modern units, cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. A woodburner sits within a traditional fireplace and a large table seats 6 people. Original terracotta tiles throughout the downstairs.

LOUNGE

The light and airy lounge has a comfortable feel with woodburner and exposed beams, also satellite TV and DVD player and a CD player. The front window overlooks the garden whilst shuttered French doors open onto an outdoor patio area with wooden table and chairs.

This spacious room has built-in wardrobes, exposed beams and a king-size bed. A door opens onto a balconette with views across open countryside.

TWIN BEDROOM

Another spacious room with exposed beams,  built-in wardrobes and two single beds. Space for the extra ‘guest bed’ if required.

An ensuite shower-room with modern spa shower leads off the twin bedroom.

Upstairs bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and shower over bath.
